Our Singapore office caters over 50 private office rooms to ensure your work security, shared office with hot desks and virtual office for address registration. All users can utilize the coworking space too! This is a place where you can work and relax at the same time, and encourage networking and collaboration among the clients. There are also private meeting rooms for business discussions and events. Our internet speed is 100 Mbps, offering a stress free environment for your business.

Serviced office monthly rate (Special promotion for long term contract!)

Private Office for 1 – 15 persons (S$1,850~S$15,250)
There are 50 private office rooms with and without windows, and their sizes range from 8~58 square meter. There is no hidden cost as we will strictly charge you according to our proposed quotation and guidelines. We will definitely inform you and seek your consent beforehand, if there is change in our pricing. We are currently offering up to 30% discount for limited period, so feel free to approach us to inquire on the price and office tour.

Shared Office (Fixed seat:S$1,200, Free seating:S$700)
Our shared-office is a 45 square meter private room equipped with 9 hot desks with partition, it is an open concept office with privacy. Fixed-Seat users are entitled to choose a preferred desk space which comes with a phone and internet, a lockable cabinet whilst free seating users may use any vacant desk space. Maximum of 2 users are allowed to share a Fixed-Seat whilst an Free seating is only limited to 1 user.

Virtual Office (S$ 350)
Our virtual office is an address registration service with additional value, clients are entitled with access to our coworking space and meeting rooms. We also cater other additional services to support your business administration. Virtual office users are also allowed to upgrade their contract to shared office or private rooms with immediate effect and subject to availability.

※To register your company address, you must provide your company registry certificate (or bizfile) and identity document (IC, passport or driving license).

Coworking Space (S$ 200/Month, S$15/day)
Our latest service to serve you better, newly built coworking space with modern and cozy design. Suitable for those who require flexible work space. This service doesn’t include address registration

 

Business center additional services

Meeting rooms, PHS phone, eFax, secretarial service, security lockers, business consultation, investor relations, business expansion assistance, government body & local partners referrals, corporate secretarial service, tax & accounting service, visa application, translation service and etc. Our meeting rooms are also for rent to external users; the meeting rooms capacity is from 6~12 pax and seminar room for 20 pax. Meeting room charge for external clients is S$60/hour.

 

Contract Terms
・Deposit fee (equivalent to two months rent) and security card deposit fee (SGD 100 per card) are required. Admission fee is SGD 300 and non-refundable.
・Minimum contract is 1 month.
・4 months notice is required prior to contract termination.
・Contract is not in the form of a lease agreement but that of a service agreement.
・7% Goods & Services Tax (GST) applies.
・We don’t charge restoration fee, unless there is damage in the room upon contract termination.
